摘要
在发病严重而均匀的田间病圃中，对棉花８个亲本（４抗十４感）和２８个Ｆ＿１代进行了抗枯萎病鉴定。结果表明：杂种抗性与亲本抗性呈极显著正相关，４个抗病品种的抗性为中棉１２＞苏棉３号＞鄂６２－１＞鄂抗棉１号，但苏棉３号的抗性传递能力高于中棉１２。抗病×感病组合Ｆ１抗性为部分显性，发病率、病指和病级偏向抗病亲本，中亲优势率分别为－２８．５％，－３３．３％和－４７．０％。抗×感、高抗×感组合一般为中抗，中抗×感组合一般为感病，抗性低的抗病品种×病指高的感病品种的组合Ｆ１也表现感病。抗×抗、抗×高抗、抗×中抗、中抗×高抗组合表现抗或高抗，甚至超双亲。而感×感组合仍表现为感病。发病率、病指和病级三者间呈极显著正相关，但病级更为客观，试验误差小，遗传变异系数大，易于检测到材料间差异，适宜于开展抗性遗传分析。
Under field conditions heavily infested by Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfecium, 8 parents(4 resistant and 4 susceptible) and their 28 F_1 hybrids(without reciprocal) were evaluated for fusarium wilt (FW)resistance. The FW resistance of the hybrids was highly significantly correlated with that of their parents. The resistant level of the 4 resistant parents was, in descending, Zhongmian 12>Sumian 3>E-mian 62-1>E-kang 1, while the mean resistant level of from Sumian 3 was greater than that from Zhongmian 12. The resistant level of the F1 crosses between the resistant(R)parents and the susceptible(S) parents was partially dominant with a tendency toward the resistant parents. F1 crosses of R ×Sand high R(HR)×S generally showed moderate resistance(MR); however, MR ×S were generally suscceptible. R×R,R×HR,R×MR and MR × HR exhibited resistance or high resistance, even higher resistance than the more resistnat parents. FW percentage, disease index and disease grade were highly correlated with each other.The disease grade was most suitable one to be used in the analysis of FW resistance inheritance because of its least experimental error, largest genetic coefficient of variance and most objective.
