摘要
探讨了８－ＨＱ、ＡｇＮＯ３等化学药剂处理对金盏菊切花瓶插期间水份平衡、可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶活性的影响．各种药剂处理均可提高观赏品质，其中８－ＨＱ＋ＡｇＮＯ３＋蔗糖的组合效果最佳，花径增大２．２ｃｍ，花重增大４９．７２％，瓶插寿命延长４ｄ．可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶活性是导致切花衰老的两个重要因素．
in this paper the effects of pretreatment with chemicals on fresh preservation of bud cut calendula officinalis. L. were studied. Furthermore, the influence of pretretment on water balance,soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity of cut flowers duning vaseholding life were also discussed. The results showed that pretreatment iniproyed ornamental quality to different extent. The best treatment was 8-HQ+AgNO3+Sucrose,which increased flower diameter by 2. 2 cm and flower weight by 49. 72% and prolonged vase life for four days,compared to the control. We suggusted that sugar content and peroxidase activity may be two important factors velated to senescence of cut flower. The pretreatment may also improve water balance of cut flowers.
