摘要
采用带有渗透蒸发膜分离过程的膜反应器对树脂催化的双酚-A合成反应作了研究,通过与空白动力学实验数据进行比较,证明了用聚酷亚胺渗透蒸发膜对抑制反应的产物水进行连续脱除可以有效地加快反应速度,从而提高了双酚-A的单程收率,这为渗透蒸发的应用提示了一个新的领域。
The bisphenol-A synthesis reaction catalyzedby ion exchange resin was studied in a per-vaporation membrane reactor;The polyimide membrane was used to remove the water which is a strong inhibiting substance to reaction,Compared with the blank kinetic experimental da-ta,the reaction conversion rates aidthe BPA yields with pervaporation process were increased efficiently. This work suggests a new area for pervaporation application.
