摘要
本文研究了柠檬酸乙酯的合成方法及工艺条件对产品中所含柠檬酸单、双、三酯比例的影响。
The influence of different esteriication methods and technological condition of synthetic reation over the different proportional of mono-,di-,triethyl citrite is studied.
