摘要
研究了以三甲基乙酸为原料，与不同氯化剂反应制备三甲基乙酰氯的方法。用气相色谱法分析了不同氯化法所得产品。讨论了在药物合成反应中，三甲基乙酰氯的质量对反应收率的影响。结果表明，在己内酰胺存在下，用氯化亚砜氯化法是一种较理想的制备途径。
The methods for preparing trimethylacetyl chlo ride have been studied by reaction of trimethylacetic acid with various chlorinating agents. The products were analyzed by gas chromatography. The effect of the quality of trimethylacetyl chloride on the yield was discussed. The result showed that satisfactory results could be obtained by using thionyl chloride as the chlorinating agent and bexanolactam as the catalyst.
