摘要
农业是海南省的主产业,农村人口占海南总人口的70%～80%,但长期以来,海南粮食生产水平偏低,粮食不能自给.海南农业基础薄弱,易受自然灾害与国内外不良农业环境影响,加上农民收入水平低,粮食安全隐患较大.2004年早季,超级杂交稻在海南大面积示范成功,为海南实现粮食自给、解决粮食安全问题提供了新的有效途径.总结和分析了海南水稻生产现状、粮食安全存在的主要隐患及超级稻在海南的推广应用前景,并提出了解决海南粮食安全问题的有关措施与建议.
Agriculture is the main industry in Hainan and 70% - 80% of its population are in the countryside. However, the level of its food production has been too low to serf-support in grains for a long time. The agricultural foundation of Hainan is weak and it is vulnerable to natural calamity and unfavourable agricultural environments. In addition, the income level of peasants is low, so the hidden trouble of the food security is fairly serious. In Hainan, super rice was successfully grown in front-line demonstration in early crop season in 2004, which has provided a new effective way to greatly increase rice production to achieve self-sufficiency in food. In this paper, the current status of rice production, the hidden trouble of food security and the developing prospects of super rice in Hainan were discussed. Moreover, the corresponding measures and suggestions to solve the problem of food security in Hainan were also put forward.
