摘要
绩效评价指标体系在现代企业管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文首先对企业绩效评价指标体系进行了定性规范;然后阐述了建立企业绩效评价指标体系的必要性;最后,在遵循企业绩效评价指标体系的设计原则基础上,构建了我国企业绩效评价指标体系。
Indicator system of performance evaluation plays a more and more important role in modern corporation management. This paper first gives a qualitative definition to the indicator system of enterprise performance evaluation, and then expounds the necessity to establish the indicator system for enterprise performance evaluation. Finally, the indicator system of performance evaluation for China's enterprises is constrncted on the basis of the establishment principle.
