摘要
利用PCR-RFLP方法在鲁西黄牛H-FABP基因内发现了1个变异酶切位点,为in tron 2上的H aeⅢ-RFLP。利用最小二乘线性模型对不同分子标记基因型效应值间肉品质大理石花纹评分和嫩度性状差异显著性检验,结果表明:鲁西黄牛H-FABP基因中BB纯合基因型对牛肉嫩度剪切力值有较大的影响(P<0.05);对大理石花纹评分来说,3种基因型AA、AB和BB之间差异不显著。
One variant restriction sites of Luxi cattle H-FABP, Hae Ⅲ -RFLP in intron 2, was found by PCR-RFLP method. The association between genotype markers and the corresponding marbling and tenderness traits were analyzed by using general linear model at the level of DNA. The result was the B allele of Luxi cattle H-FABP gene intron 2, especially hornozygous BB showed a highly significant positive effect on Warner-Bratzler Shear force of beef tenderness traits (P〈0.05) ; AA, BB and AB genotype no differ significantly effect on marbling.
