摘要
目的探讨护理质量管理督导在护理质量管理工作中的作用。方法建立完善的护理质量管理体系,以质量保证和质量改进为基本模式;通过制定完善的临床护理工作考核标准,督促、检查和评价全院基础护理质量管理,保证基本质量指标达标;提出护理质量改进的长、短期目标,实施并指导护理质量改进项目落实;进行质量管理培训和考核。结果设立护理质量管理督导后,医院的护理综合质量和服务满意度均有不同程度上升。结论护理质量管理督导岗位的设立,确保全院护理质量监控、改进和实施,护理质量和服务满意度得到提高。加大管理力度,使护理质量管理更加规范化、制度化、程序化,增强了护理人员的质量意识和竞争意识,促进了“以病人为中心”服务理念的落实,提高了护理综合质量。
Objective To explore the function of nursing quality management supervisor in nursing quality management. Methods Based on the basic model of quality guarantee and quality improvement, we established perfect system of nursing quality management and checking standards of clinical nursing to supervise, check and evaluate daily nursing quality management in the whole hospital to guarantee the basic quality criteria to be achieved. At the same time, we identified the long - term and short - term objectives of nursing quality improvement,implemented and directed the projects of nursing quality improvement to be carried out with related training and checking. Result After setting up the post of supervisor of nursing quality management,the general quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction with nursing service had been imrpvoed. Conclusions The supervisor of nursing quality management guaranteed the supervision, improvement and implementation of nursing quality in the whole hospital, which improved the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction, strengthened the force of nursing management, made nursing quality management more standardized, systematized and procedured, enhanced nurses' consciousness of quality and competition, promoted the fulfill of "patient - focused" service idea and improved the general quality of nursing.
