摘要
护理科研工作是护理工作的重要组成部分,是推动护理学发展的重要力量,而护理人员科研意识的普遍缺乏是阻碍护理科研工作发展的重要因素。对此,我院护理部自2002年以来加大了护理人员科研意识的培养力度,并结合医院实际情况实施科研激励机制和目标管理相结合的管理思路。经过3年实践,我院的护理科研工作取得了良好绩效。
Nursing research is one of important parts of nursing work and plays an important role in the progress of nursing science. However, most of the nurses' unconscious to scientific research remains an important reason to drag its progress. To solve this problem,we strengthened the training of nurses' consciousness to scientific research since 2002 ,and practiced the management idea which combined encouragement system with objective management system according to the actuality in our hospital. Practising for three years,we had achieved favorable advancement in nursing science research.
