摘要
急诊抢救室是专业性较强的护理单元,其工作环境、性质、急救护理技术等与普通病房有较多不同之处,因此,护生的急诊带教具有一定的难度。为确保护生圆满完成教学大纲有关急诊教学的要求,制订相应对策,取得了预期的带教效果。
The emergency room is a special nursing unit with high specialty,in which there are many differences in the working circumstance, characteristics and emergency nursing techniques compared with the general wards. So there are many difficulties in clinical teaching in emergency department. In order to guarantee the teaching objectives to be accomplished successfully ,this article introduced some strategies which had achieved favorable effect.
