高血压病伴高尿酸血症与冠心病发生的关系分析 被引量:9

摘要 本文对高血压病(EH)伴高尿酸血症(HUA)与冠心病(CAD)发病率的关系进行探讨。结果表明,HUA组的CAD发病率、血中UA、TC、LDL-C、TG、Glu和Cr浓度均高于HUA组(P<0·05),EH伴HUA组的CAD有症状组血UA高于无症状组(P<0·05),血中TG、LDL-C、Cr浓度与血UA浓度呈正相关(P<0·05,P<0·01)。伴HUA的EH患者与CAD的发生有较密切的相关关系,因此,血尿酸可作为EH病患者可能存在有冠状动脉粥样硬化的预测指标之一。
