通过蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)与高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)联用,可用反相C18色谱柱,以甲醇+0.1%三氟乙酸(TFA)水溶液=10+90(v+v)为流动相,分离检测草甘膦制剂中的草甘膦含量。草甘膦的相对标准偏差、平均回收率、线性范围分别为1.3%(n=9)、100.3%(n=5)、0.5 ̄2.5mg/ml(r=0.9994)。
An evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) coupled with HPLC was used to separate and determine glyphosate content in a glyphosate formulation. The system used a reverse phase C18 column and a methanol + 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution (10 + 90% by vol) as the mobile phase. The relative standard deviation, average recovery,and range of concentration linearity were 1.3% (n=9), 100.3% (n=5), and 0.5 to 2.5 mg/ml (r=0.9994), respectively.
