摘要
从STI三维空间模型的视角研究了科技政策、技术创新和产业集群(STI)三维互动关系,指出三者之间存在动态性、相对均衡性等特质;认为STI研究视角具有实践价值,即利于推进我国区域经济政策和地区发展战略实现整体转变;利于解决目前我国地方产业集群存在的问题,促进地区产业集群经济的可持续发展;利于我国各地区通过特色产业区的建设加快产业结构调整。
The paper studies the three-dimension interaction relationship between science and technology policy,technological innovation and industrial clusters from the perspective of STI three-dimensional space model, and pointes out that there are such specialties as dynamic, comparatively equilibrium, etc. between the three. At the same time, the paper indicates that ST[ study is beneficial to improve the whole transition of regional economic policy and regional development strategy in China, to solve existing problems of regional industrial clusters in our country, to promote the sustainable development of regional industrial clusters, and to accelerate industrial structure adjustment by constructing special industry cluster.
