摘要
目的比较实验SD大鼠脑脊液采集的两种方法。方法SD大鼠分为2组,采用经侧脑室穿刺和经枕大孔穿刺法采集脑脊液,比较2种方法穿刺成功率。结果经枕大孔穿刺法成功率明显高于经侧脑室穿刺法。结论经枕大孔穿刺法进针直观、简便、损伤小,明显提高一次性穿刺成功率,并有效减少并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the two methods to collect cerebrospinal fluid in SD rats. Methods The cerebrpspinal fluid was collected through the lateral ventricle or the foramen magnum in rats. The rates of success of the two methods were compared. Results The foramen magnum method was found better than the lateral ventricle one. Conclusion The method of foramen magnum is more visual and convenient to operate, causing less injury and complications, and possesses high rate of success.
