本文主要针对全自动CIP系统设计过程中清洗泵流量和扬程的确定、清洗管径及罐体有效容积的确定、控制元件设置等设计要点进行了较为全面的阐述,为CIP系统的规范化设计提供了参考依据。
The paper analyses the design essentials for automatic CIP system, mainly about flow and pressure of centrifugal pump, pipe diameter, effective volume of tank, control components, etc., and can be used for reference for CIP system design standardization.
