适宜健身运动与植物雌激素复合作用对骨质疏松影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨适宜健身运动与植物雌激素复合作用对骨质疏松的影响。方法:通过对50名绝经后妇女分别进行6个月的健身运动(EG)、口服大豆异黄酮(SG)、适宜健身运动结合口服大豆异黄酮锻炼(E+SG),测试锻炼后的瘦体重、肌力、腰椎骨L2-4的BMD和BMC、血AKP、ACP、E2。结果:E+SG实验后的瘦体重/体重指数、肌肉力量明显高于SG,E+SG的BMC与EG和SG比较具显著性差异;E+SG的ACP活性明显低于实验前和EG和SG,而AKP活性的变化实验前后和组间无显著性差异。小结:适宜健身运动植物雌激素复合作用对骨质疏松的影响可能是抑制破骨细胞的代谢,减少破骨细胞分泌和阻止骨丢失。建议防治骨质疏松的适宜健身运动宜选择跑步或低冲击有氧操结合四肢和躯干部的肌力训练,同时服用植物雌激素的效果比单因素防治骨质疏松的效果更显著。 Objective:To investigate the effect of exercise50 post-menopause women were divided randomly into threecompound with botanic estrogen on osteoporosis. Method:groups: moderate exercise only (EG) , oral administration of soybean isoflavone only (SG) and E + SG. fat -free body weight/weight index, muscle force, lumbar vertebra 2 -4( L2 - 4) g bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content ( BMC ), serum alkaline phosphatase ( ALP), acidphos phatase(ACP) and estradiol (E2) were checked before and sixth months later of the experiment. Result: Sixth months later, the fat - free body weight/weight index, muscle force and BMC of group E + SG were improved significantly compared with group SG and EG; while, when compared with the beginning of the experiment, the ACP of E + SG decreased significantly and the ALP had no obviously change. Conclusion: Moderate exercise compound with botanic estrogen could improve the symptom of osteoporosis, itg probable mechanism maybe the result of inhibition of osteoclast's action in consequence prevent the bone mineral loss. The authorbine with the muscle force training, and take botanic estrogen attively.suggest that : moderate exercise, such as running, comthe same time will improve the osteoporosis more effectively.
