摘要
研究生教育对西部发展的意义重大,但目前西部地区研究生教育发展还存在诸多问题。要解决这些问题,必须加大经费投入;转变思想观念;进行体制创新;优化人才环境等。
The talents＇ effects on the westem development is very important but now, the westem graduate education have lots of problems,and in order to solve it,we should increase investment, change concept, initiate systerm, optimize environment for talents.
