International entrepreneurship mode and Choice: a knowledge-based conceptual model

摘要不同国际创业模式对组织绩效的影响效果是不同的,这个过程是受到诸多因素影响的,是一个权变的过程。本文从基于知识的角度出发,为解释不同创业模式是如何影响组织绩效提供一个概念模型。 Entry mode choice is an important decision- making issue. There are many modes for choice at the beginning of or during international entrepreneurship. And many factors could affect the choice decision. There exists a different relationship between each mode and organizational performance, that is, the relationship is contingent. Finally, in the view of knowledge, the paper proposes a conceptual model for explaining the relationship between entrepreneurial mode and organizational performance.
