摘要
本研究测定了酵母发酵物产品的营养成分组成及试验其在凡纳滨对虾育苗中应用的效果.该产品含活性酵母菌细胞数>30×108个/g、粗蛋白质含量45%~50%(m/m),富含氨基酸、维生素、矿物质及代谢产物.其应用于凡纳滨对虾的育苗结果表明,能促进对虾蚤状幼体的摄食和生长发育、改善水质、提高育苗的成活率,育苗成活率达50%~60%.
The nutrition composition of a yeast culture product was determined and its effects on prawn breeding were examined in this study. The product containted activetic yeast 30 ×10^8 cells/g,crud protein 45% - 50% (m/m) , with enriched amino acids, vitamins, minerals and metabolic products. The results of application to the breeding of Penaeua vannamei, showed it promotes feeding, growth and devolopment of Z-larvae, with improving water quality and rising survival rate.The survival rate of breeding was 50% -60%.
