摘要
介绍蔡淦教授治疗胃食管反流性疾病的辨治经验。病因病机方面突出肝郁脾虚,治疗以健脾和胃、疏肝清热为基本治法,并注意明辨病之轻重,分期施治。
This article introduces professor Caigan＇s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is argued that gastreesophageal reflux disease is caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency; and treatment concantrates on nourishing spleen and stomach, discharging liver and clearing heat; that attention should be paid to the severity and stage treatment.
