摘要
汽车悬架减振器电液伺服试验台是进行汽车减振器性能试验的关键基础设备。作者通过对路面不平度的统计特性分析,提出了试验台各主要性能参数选择的理论和方法,计算出了试验台主要的性能参数,并对试验台的负载特性进行了分析,分析的结果为试验台的设计及液压元件的选择提供了理论依据。
Electro-hydraulic servo automotive damper test bench is the key fundamental equipment for damper performance test in a lab. Through the analysis of statistical characteristics of road surface roughness, the selection method of performance parameters of test bench is presented, and the performance parameter is calculated in this paper. The load characteristics of test bench are analyzed according to the performance parameters, which provides theoretical fundamentals of the design for test bench and the selection of the components.
