摘要
目的总结闭合性肝外伤的非手术治疗经验.方法对1994年1月～2004年12月采用非手术治疗的21例闭合性肝外伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果21例均痊愈出院.非手术治愈19例(92.5%),2例因在非手术治疗期间出现血液动力学不稳定或延迟性出血而中转手术治愈.结论在严格掌握适应症和密切动态观察伤情变化的条件下,非手术治疗闭合性肝外伤是安全可行的.对非手术治疗期间血液动力学不稳定或延迟出血者应及时手术.
Aim To summarize the experience of nonoperative management of closed hepatic injuries. Methods The clinical datal of nonoperative management of 21 cases with closed hepatic Injuries from January 1994 to December 2004 were retrospectively analysed. Results 21 cases were all cured. 19 cases （90.5%） were cured by nonoperative management, while 2 cases were cured by operation due to the occurrence of unstable hemodynamics or delayed hemorrhage during the period of nonoperative management. Conclusion The nonoperative management of closed hepatic injuries was safe and available, when indication was strictly controlled and change of injury, condition was constantly observed. The operation should be promptly performed when the patientg hemodynamics was unstable or delayed hemorrhage occurred during the period of nonoperative management.
