摘要
文章通过对科技投入、科技产出、科技潜力、科技与经济和社会协调发展、科技外向性等方面的考核,参考产业竞争力和城市竞争力综合评价指标体系,以中部五省省会城市科技竞争力为研究对象,利用归一化法对各城市1996年和2003年的科技竞争力进行综合评价和比较研究,为各城市科技产业的发展和科技工作者提供参考依据。
Through examination the science and technology input, scientific and technological output, scientific and technological potentiality, develop in harmony to science ＆ technology, society and economy, and the export-oriented of science and technology, etc, constilt industry competitiveness and comprehensive evaluation index system of urban competitiveness, take the scientific and technological competitiveness of five provincial capital in the middle part of China as the research object, utilize the normalization method to carry on comprehensive appraisal to the scientific and technological competitiveness in 1996 and 2003 of every city and relatively studied, offer the reference basis to the development of every urban scientific and technological industry and scientific worker in the end.
