一种改进型ZVT双管双正激变换电路研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对零电压转换(ZeroVoltegeTransistor,简称ZVT)双管正激变换电路存在的问题,提出了一种改进的适用于高输入电压、大输出功率场合的变换结构,分析了该变换器实现ZVT的必需条件,给出了谐振电路的参数选取原则。最后通过设计的28V/100A开关电源试验,验证了该方案的可行性。 ZVT dual-transistor forward converters have been used widely in some fields owning to its higher reliability.But it does not entirely meet the requirement for soft-switching due to the existing problems in its topology, its efficiency is not higher enough.ln this paper a kind of improved converting circuit named double ZVT dual-transistor forward circuit is proposed.With the configuration of two dual-transistor forward circuits connected in series, the improved converter possesses better performance that it can accomplish ZVT completely and especially adapts to some higher inputvoltage and heavier output-power circumstances. The paper also analyzes some ZVT necessary conditions and gives some designing rules of the parameters in resonant circuit. Finally the project has been proved by the experiments on the designed 28V/lOOA switching power supply.
