摘要
哈格里夫斯对教师文化进行了富有特色和颇具价值的研究。基于后现代社会的特征和要求,他对教师文化的背景、价值、形式与内涵等进行了重新诠释,并进一步构建了理想的教师文化模式。探寻他关于教师文化的独特见解,客观评价他的教师文化观,对于推动我国当前的教师文化建设大有裨益。
Andey Hargreaves has done special and valuable research on teachers＇ culture. Based on the characteristics and implications for teaching of the postmodern age, he explores afresh on the context, significance,forms and meaning of teachers＇ culture,and he further constructs the ideal model of teachers＇ culture. Correctly understanding and objectively appraising his perspective of teachers＇ culture are useful for the constructing of teachers＇ culture in China.
