内部营销理论及其在饭店管理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 对于竞争越来越激烈的我国饭店业来说,探讨如何用内部营销的经营理念来提高员工素质以及培养其以顾客服务导向为目标是很有现实意义的。本文在对内部营销的概念进行分析的基础上,结合饭店服务的特点,提出了在饭店内实行内部营销的重要性,并对在饭店中进行内部营销的方法和思路进行了探讨。
