妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胰岛B细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗受血糖影响的变化 被引量：19

摘要 目的了解妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)与正常孕妇及GDM孕妇控制血糖前后胰岛素抵抗及胰岛B细胞分泌功能的差别。方法2001年6月至2002年8月,计算青岛大学医学院附属医院产科门诊孕妇的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS),包括98例GDM孕妇和102例正常孕妇及血糖控制正常后的GDM孕妇。结果GDM孕妇的HOMA-IR和HOMA-IS分别高于和低于正常孕妇,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。GDM孕妇控制血糖正常后,HOMA-IR和HOMA-IS分别较前下降和升高,差异分别有显著性意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论胰岛素抵抗增加及胰岛B细胞的分泌功能下降可能是GDM的发病原因。控制血糖能改善胰岛素敏感性及胰岛B细胞分泌功能。
