摘要
介绍了对数放大器的基本概念以及利用AD8313对数放大器集成芯片研制的实用宽带、大动态范围、高精度对数放大器模块。该模块具有9V～16V的宽电源范围,在50Ω负载下达200mA的驱动能力,45ns上升沿,55ns下降沿,已成功用于某舰载比幅测向侦察系统中,具有较好的实用和推广价值。
This paper introduces a basic conception of logarithm amplifier and a useful logarithmic amplifier using the chip of AD8313 that has a wide bandwidth, high dynamic range and high accuracy. The module requires only a single power supply of 9 V to 16 V, it has driving capability of 200 mA under 50Ω load, and has a 45 ns rise time/60 ns fall time capability （10 % -90 % ）, and has already been applied in a cartier DF system based on the technique of amplitude-comparison successfully, and has a preferable worth of utilizing and generalizing.
