聚环氧氯丙烷胺的制备及其脱色性能 被引量:18

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,加入交联剂乙二胺制得了一系列有机阳离子聚合物,研究了乙二胺加入量、反应温度、环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺摩尔比、聚合时间等对产品黏度的影响。利用红外光谱,1HNMR和13CNMR对聚合物的结构进行了表征。并对模拟染料废水和实际印染废水进行了脱色效果实验。结果表明,反应温度为70℃,n(环氧氯丙烷)/n(二甲胺)=1.5,n(乙二胺)/n(环氧氯丙烷+二甲胺)=0.03,反应时间7 h时,聚合物黏度最大达750 mPa.s,对实际印染废水的脱色率达75%。 Polyamine flocculants were synthesized by polycondensation of dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin with ethylenediamine as modifying agent. Influence of the amount of ethylenediamine, temperature, molar ratio of epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine and reaction time on the viscosity of polyamine flocculant was investigated. IR, ^1HNMR and ^13CNMR were used to characterize the structure of polyamine flocculants. The polyamine flocculants were used for decoloring waste water and the results show that, with n ( epichlorohydrin )/n ( dimethylarnine ) = 1.5 and n ( ethylenediamine )/n ( epichlorohydrin + dimethylamine ) = 0. 03, reacting at 70℃ for 7 h, the polyamine flocculant produced has the highest viscosity of 750 mPa·s and its decoloration efficiency is above 75%.
