摘要
诺沃克病毒是一种分布很广泛的,可导致成人和儿童的急性腹泻的病毒,是除轮状病毒外引起腹泻的最主要的病毒病原,与食物、水源等的污染造成的急性胃肠炎爆发密切相关。为此,就诺沃克病毒的病原学、流行病学、临床表现、诊断治疗和预防等方面做一综述。
Norwalk Virus, the most important virus pathogen that cause acute diarrhoea except Rotavirus,is leading cause of acute diarrhoea in adult and children.Norwalk Virus correlates with outbreaks of acte gastroenteritis due to the infection of food and drinking water.This article introduces the pathogeny, epidemiology, clinical, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Norwalk Virus briefly.
