摘要
对高校教师课堂教学质量进行科学、全面、合理和有效的评价,是确保教学目标、培养目标实现的重要举措。本文对高校教师课堂教学评价的意义、原则和评价方法等方面进行了阐述,初步建立了高校教师课堂教学评价指标体系和设计了评价卡片,它对如何评价高校教师课堂教学质量,具有一定的指导意义和作用。
To evaluate the high school teacher's teaching quality scientifically, comprehensively reasonably and efficiently is a very important method to realize the teaching aim and the cultivating objective. The article dictates their significance, principles and evaluating methods, sets up a series of evaluating indexes and cards, which has a certain leading significance and effect on how to evaluate their teaching quality.
