摘要
目的探讨单纯性肥胖儿童糖代谢、脂代谢情况、血压水平及胰岛素抵抗程度。方法采用随机对照的病例研究方法,分析年龄6~13岁单纯性肥胖儿童(n=53)与非肥胖同年龄组儿童(n=40),二者空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、动脉收缩压及舒张压水平的差异。结果肥胖组儿童FPG、IRI、TG、TC、LDL-C、收缩压水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平则低于对照组(P<0.05)。肥胖组中存在高血压者8例(15.1%),脂代谢紊乱者19例(35.8%),FPG异常者3例(5.7%);同时存在高血压、脂代谢紊乱及FPG异常中2种及(或)以上异常者10例(18.9%)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童多存在不同程度的糖、脂代谢异常及血压异常,同时存在代谢综合征成份簇集的倾向。
[Objective] To investigate the prevalence of metabolism syndrome (MS) in primary obese children. [Methods] A randomized and controlled study was designed to analyzed the difference of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), insulin resistance index(IRI), serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density hpoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure between primary obese children group (n =53, aged from 6 to 13 years old) and control group (n =40). [Results] Levels of FPG, IRI, TG, TC, LDL-C and SBP were significantly higher and HDL-C level was significantly lower in obesity group in obesity group than in control group (P 〈0.05). Eight patients (15.1%) were found hypertension, 19(35.8%) were found dyslipoproteinemia and 3(5.7%) were found impaired fasting glucose in obesity group. Ten patients (18.9%) were found 2 or (and) more risk factors among hypertension, dyslipoproteinemia and impaired fasting glucose. [Conclusions] Some of primary obese children were suffered dysfunction of glycemia, blood lipid and blood pressure regulation, and even some were found been metabolism syndrome.
