摘要
目的探讨神经外科多器官功能衰竭患者的临床特点,总结护理要点。方法回顾分析87例神经外科多器官功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果神经外科多器官功能衰竭多见于重度颅脑损伤、高血压脑出血和脑转移瘤患者,死亡率高。结论处理神经外科多器官功能衰竭患者严密监测颅内压变化和心脑肺功能,注意并发症的观察处理。
Objective To discuss main points of nursing care for patients in neurosurgery with MSOF base on clinical characteristics. Methods Retrospective analyse clinical data of 87cases patients in neursosurgery with MSOF. Results Primary diseases of patients in neurosurgery with MSOF were severe craniocerebral injury, hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc and brain metastatic tumor with high mortality rate. Conclusion Close monitoring of intracranial pressure and function of heart, brain and pulmonary, observation and treatment of complications are the important measurements for patients in neurosurgery with MSOF.
