摘要
为适应睑部修复重建或整形美容手术的需要,对122名(男59,女63)18~20岁大学生上睑褶、蒙古褶、睑裂高度及睑裂倾斜度等四项指标进行活体观察;对上、下睑高等13项睑部指标和外眦耳屏距等5项器官间距进行活体测量;对上睑褶睑缘距与睑部相应指标进行相关分析和回归分析,发现上睑高、上睑缘眉上缘距及睑裂宽与上睑褶睑缘距间有直线回归关系,可通过此三项指标推算上睑褶睑缘距以指导上睑褶成形术;进行多元回归分析和逐步回归分析,建立最优回归方程,以此最优方程计算上睑褶睑距手术效果最佳.
An anthroposcopic observation was carried out in 122 college students, 18 ~ 20 years old, 59 males and 63 females, for the eyefold of upper eyelid, the Mongoloid fold, the opening height of the eyeslits and the direction of the eyeslits. Anthropometric measurement was also made to obtain thirteen indexes of the eyelid and related structures and five indexes relating to the distance between facial organs so that the best regression equations were established, which might be conducive to reconstructive surgery and operations of cosmetology and plastics.
