摘要
目的:研制湘蕾金银花提取物的薄膜包衣片剂。方法:以微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠等为主要辅料,以湿法制粒压片,用滚转包衣法包衣。结果:按目的处方制备的湘蕾金银花薄膜包衣片剂经过质量检测,达到了实验设计要求。结论:该品服用方便,可改善金银花提取物的吸潮不稳定性和保护绿原酸不被氧化,是一种较为理想的金银花口服固体剂型。
Objective ： To prepare film - coated tablet of extract of flos Xianglei lonicerae. Method ： Using microcrystalline cellulose and sodium starch carboxy methyl as the important adjuvant, wet granulation and tableting, Rolling coating method for coating.Result： film - coated tablet of Flos Xianglei Lonicerae, which prepared according to prescription, passed quality examination and reach the requirement of experimental design. Conclusion： It is convenient to take orally, can improve the instability of extract of Lonicerae and protect chlorogenic acid not to be oxidated, also a kind of lonicerae orally solid dosage form ideally.
