摘要
综述了硝基化合物还原制备氨基化合物的主要方法。分别以氯化亚锡-盐酸、铁粉-硫酸、5%Pd/C-水合肼为催化加氢还原体系,还原5-硝基-1,10-邻菲罗啉合成了5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉。结果表明:钯炭催化剂与水合肼组成的还原体系具有较好的还原效果。
The main reduction methods of nitro-compounds to prepare amino-compounds were reviewed. 5- Amino-1, 10-phenanthroline was synthesized by reduction of 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline with three different reduction systems, tin dichloride-hydrochloric acid, iron powder-sulfuric acid and 5% Pd/C-hydrazine hydrate, respectively. The results showed that the reduction system of 5% Pd/C and hydrazine hydrate had the better reduction effect.
