摘要
山杏仁和蕨菜具有较高的营养价值和保健功能,由于二者均为野生植物,无污染,是天然绿色食品,利用野生资源生产罐装山杏仁和蕨菜,食用安全、方便、卫生,市场前景广阔。本文对山杏仁蕨菜罐头加工工艺和技术要点进行了研究和探讨。
Wild almond and brake both have high nutritional value and healthy function.They are natural greenfood as they grow in a non-pollution environment. Canned wild almond and brake has a good future market while we consume it safely, hygienically and conveniently. This article study the processing method , technical keys for canned wild almond and brake.
