摘要
目的研究肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片对肺癌的诊断价值。方法将96例已经确诊的病例分为肺癌组和非肺癌组,采用蛋白芯片测量技术检测肺癌组和非肺癌组其血清肿瘤标记物。结果①肺癌组和非肺癌组12项标记物中糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE),癌胚抗原(CEA),糖链抗原242(CA242)癌抗原125(CA125)、铁蛋白6项测定值差异有显著性(P<0.01)。②肺癌组和非肺癌组12项标记物阳性检测中6项测定阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。其中肺癌组CEA,CA242和CA 125呈现高阳性检测率。结论肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片对肺癌的诊断有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the role of protein-chip by detecting the changes of tumor markers for diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with definite diagnosis were divided into 2 groups: lung cancer group (n = 48) and control group ( n = 48). Using the protein-chip technique, the twelve tumor markers were detected into the two groups. Results The serum content of in measuring value of CA19-9, NSE, CEA, CA242, Ferritin, CA125 in the twelve tumor markers showed statistical significance between two groups (P 〈0.01 ) and CEA, CA242 and CA125 had high positive rates in lung cancer group. Conclusion Detecting tumor markers by protein-chip has an important value in diagnosis of lung cancer.
