不同原则中药组方对中后期蛋鸡生产性能的影响及其机理初探 被引量:18

Effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Prepared According to Different Principles on Laying Performance of Hens at Middle-late Stage and Its Mechanism

摘要 测定了血清中雌二醇(E2)、胰高血糖素(Glu)、甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)等与蛋鸡生产性能有关的激素,并采集抗凝血测定了抗氧化指标全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)等的含量,以及红细胞(RBC)数量、红细胞压积(PCV)和血浆葡萄糖等血液指标,同时分析了血清抗NDV-HI和抗IBDV抗体水平,以初步探讨不同组方原则的中药方剂影响蛋鸡生产性能机理。结果表明:以调整气血为主的中药方剂对血清E2、T4水平、血清NDV-HI、IBDV抗体水平、红细胞数以及全血GSH-Px和血浆SOD活性都有显著提升作用,并降低血浆MDA含量,而对Glu、T3和血浆葡萄糖和红细胞压积等无明显影响。试验表明:调整气血为主要原则的中药组方对于中后期产蛋鸡的免疫-内分泌系统和抗氧化功能有一定的促进作用,并改善血液运氧能力,从而提高了蛋鸡生产性能。 To study the effect and mechanism of 2 prescriptions formed by Chinese material medica (CMM) with different principle on performance in aged laying hens, the hormone values of estradiol (E2), glucagons (Glu),thyroxine (T4),3,3' 5-Triiodothyronine (T3) in the serum, the antioxidative function including glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) content in the whole blood, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonadehyde (MDA) contents in blood plasma, the blood parameters, namely the blood glucose concentration, quantity of red blood cell (RBC) and packed cell volume (PCV), and the serum titre of NDV-HI and IBDV antibody were measured respectively. Results indicated that although non-significant differences were showed for the examinations, namely Glu, T3, PCV and plasma glucose values in all the aged laying hens, all these indexes, including the value of E2 and T4, the quantity of RBC, the contents of GSH-Px and SOD, the immunocompetence were remarkably promoted by one of the prescriptions formed with the principle of readjusting vital energy and blood with a sharply dropping of MDA. The performance of aged laying hens was promoted by this prescription. Consequently, this prescription could be used in production. In conclusion, the performance of aged laying hens can be enhanced by the prescription formed with the principle of readjusting vital energy and blood by stimulating the function of endocrine-immunity network and oxidative resistance, and improving the oxygenic-transport ability of RBC.
