摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病的产后护理。方法对17例妊娠合并糖尿病患者产后病历资料的分析及观察。结果产时由于情绪紧张及疼痛,产后由于胎盘激素迅速下降使血糖波动较大,难以控制。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对母儿的危害较大,妊娠早期筛查,孕期及产后加以监护与治疗,显得尤为重要,可以改善母婴的结局。
Objective To investigate the nursing care intervention of the pregnancy with diabetes after parturition. Methods The clinical record document of 17 cases pregnancy associated with diabetes after parturition were analysed. Results The blood glucose is difficult to control beacuse of emotional stress and soreness during parturition and placental hormone decreasing quickly after parturition. Conclusion Pregnancy associated with diabetes do very harmful to both mother and fetus. Early detection of the women with gestational diabetes and monitoring the blood glucose of perinatal period is very important ,which can improve the maternal and fetal outcome.
