摘要
目的 通过观察脑瘫康胶囊对痉挛性脑瘫大鼠模型血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF- α)含量及肌张力的影响,探讨脑瘫康胶囊治疗痉挛性脑瘫的作用机理。方法 痉挛性脑瘫大鼠模型随机分为脑瘫 康高剂量组、脑瘫康低剂量纽、力奥来素组、模型对照组、假手术组5组。造模成功后均评定肌张力,药物连续 灌胃5d,再评定肌张力,测定血清NOS、TNF-α含量。结果 脑瘫康高剂量组血清NOS、TNF-α含量降低,与模型 组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.01),与力奥来素组相比差异有意义(P<0.05);脑瘫康低剂量组血清NOS、TNF-α含 量的降低与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05),与力奥来素组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);脑瘫康高、低剂量组肌张 力的降低与模型组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.01、P<0.05),与力奥来素组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 脑 瘫康胶囊可以抑制脑损伤后炎性细胞的释放,减轻免疫损伤,缓解肌肉痉挛,降低肌张力。
Objective To study effects of Naotankang Capsule on cytokine and muscular tension in rats model of spasmodic cerebral palsy. Methods The rat model of spasmodic cerebral palsy was made by and carotid artery ligation which causes cerebral ischemia. The rats were randomly divided into high and low groups of Naotankang, Liaolaisu groups, model group, peseuoperation groups. We measured the muscular tension and the content of NOS, TNF-α of rats. Results The high and low groups of Naotankang lowered NOS and TNF- α in the blood serum of the rat with significant differences compared with model groups (P〈0.01). Compared with model groups, there was significant difference of the low group of Naotankang (P〈0.05), but no significant differences in Liaolaisu groups (P〉0.05). The lower and high group of Naotankang, Liaolaisu groups can low the muscular tension of the rat with spastic cerebral palsy (P〈0.05), especially the high groups were obviously decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion The high and low group of Naotankang can low NOS, TNF-α and muscular tension of the rat with spasmodic cerebral palsy.
