摘要
目的:研究丹参片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取心绞痛患者90例随机平均分为两组,丹参组和消心痛组,治疗3个月。在治疗前、后分别检查两组患者的血脂、血液流变学、心电图并记录其心绞痛情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后心绞痛症状、心电图疗效、血脂相比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。丹参片组治疗前后ηbh、ηbl、ηp均有明显差异(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01)。消心痛组治疗前后ηbh、ηbl有明显差异、ηp有差异(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),两组治疗前后HCT均有所改善(P<0.05),丹参片组治疗后ηbl降低程度优于消心痛组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参片可用于冠心病心绞痛的长期治疗。
AIM ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Lei＇ s Danshen Tablets （LDT） in treating patients with angina pectoris. METHODS： 90 patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups randomly. The treated group were treated with LDT and the control group were treated with Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets for 3 months. We examined their blood lipoid, hemorheology, EKG, recorded the symptoms of angina pectoris before and after this observation. RESULTS： There was no difference between these two groups on blood lipoid, hemorheology, EKG （P 〉 0.05）. After the treatment the level of ηbl, ηbh, ηp of treated group degraded obviously （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ） the level of ηbl, ηbh of control group also degraded obviously and the level of ηp degraded （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of HCT of these two groups also degraded at the end of this observation （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment the level of ηbl of treated group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Leig Danshen Tablet is a kind of medicine for long-term treatment of angina pectoris.
