摘要
本文报告９６例尺骨鹰嘴骨折采用４种手术方法进行治疗，经随访，发生各种并发症２０例，占２０．８％。其中并发创伤性关节炎５例，关节功能障碍４例，关节感染与固定钢丝、钢针弯曲或断裂各３例，骨不连与切口皮肤坏死各２例，骨化性肌炎１例。笔者就各种井发症的发生原因及其预防作了较为详尽的讨论。
cases of olecranon fracture treated by four operative techniques were re-ported in this paper.20 cases(20.8%)presented various compilcations during the follow-up,among which. 5 cases complicated with traumatic arthritis,4 cases with joint functionaldisorder,3 with joint infection,3 with bent and broken steel wire and needle,2 withnonunion、2 with incision dermonecroses and l mvositis ossificans. The causes of complica-tions and their prevention have been discussed in detail.
