灯盏花总黄酮抗大鼠心肌缺血及对正常大鼠血流动力学的影响 被引量:13

Protective Effects of Total Flavonoids Isolated from Erigerom breviscapus on Myocardial Ischemia and Hemodynamic Effects in Anesthetized Rats

摘要 观察灯盏花总黄酮对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌缺血,以及两种给药途径(静脉、十二指肠)对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响.结果表明:灯盏花总黄酮能减轻异丙肾上腺素诱发的大鼠心肌缺血性损伤;iv灯盏花总黄酮100mg.kg-1能明显降低血压,同时不增快心率,对其它血流动力学参数影响不明显;十二指肠一次性给药(192mg.kg-1)有相似于静脉给药的变化趋势,但达不到统计学意义. he total flavonoids were isolated from Eriheron briviscapus.The protective effects of theflavonoids on isoproterenol-induced ischemic myocardial injury in rats and hemodynamic effects ofthe flavonoids iv or intraduodenally in anesthetized rats were studied.The results showed thatthe flavonoids abated isoproterenol-induced ischemic myocardial injury in rats.Following intra-venous administration of the flavonoids l00mg.kg-1 to normal anesthetized rats ,the blood pres- sure was markedly lowered at 2~60 min,without increasing heart rate.But no obvious influ- ences to the rest of hemodynamic parameters were observed,The tendency of hemodynamics changes after intraduodenally administration of the flavonoids 192 mg.kg-1 was similar to intra- venous administration without any significance in statistics.
