This paper briefly reports the prodUction and trial of manufacturing GradeⅠ plywood by using the mixed glue solution that is made from the Phenol-Formaldehyde Resin in which Larix ssp tanning extract is added as a modifier, and discusses the effects of the solution concentraction of the tanning extract, the amount of auxiliary, the molar ratio of PF, the condensation limit, the mixing ratio, the heat-pressing condition etc on the viscosity of glue solution, stability, gluing quality, in general ourline.The results showed that the quality of the produced Grade Ⅰplywood fulfil the standard requirement and greatly lower the cost of the glue.
