摘要
本文介绍的一种新型抗肿瘤蛋白质因子是本室从牛骨髓细胞中分离得到的一种具有明显抑制肿瘤细胞生长作用的新型蛋白质￣［１］，经测定，该蛋白质为一种分子量约为６５ＫＤ的糖蛋白，我们在此基础上进行了该蛋白质的氨基酸组成分析，测得其含有十六种氨基酸残基，井富含丝氨酸残基。
A new type of anti一tumour protein factor r is separated from bovine marrow cells in our laboratory. In repressing the growth of the some tumour cells, it poesesses obvious functinns.This Protein is a kind of glycoprotein with a 65 KD molecular weight. On this base we have deter-mined the amino acid composition of the protein with HPIC. The protein was consists of 16 aminoacid residues,especially serine residue.
