摘要
本文对现行《地方性甲状腺肿基本控制和基本消灭指标》做了初步商讨。提出:1、用“碘缺乏病”(IDD)来取代现行控制指标中“地方性甲状腺肿”一词的必要性;2、用单一中小学生肿大率作为病情考核指标的可行性;3、病区食盐加碘防治措施落实与否的具体考核指标及标准;4、将病区居民尿碘均值考核标准改为100μg/克肌酐的依据,
In this paper,the current index for endemic goiter controlled has been studied,and suggested:1.it is necessary to substitute iodine deficiency disorder(IDD) for endemic goiter in the current index;2.it is available that the enlargementrate of pupils is severed as the surveillance index;3.the inspecting index andcriterion for iodized salt;4.The evidences of changing urinary iodine rule from50mg/gcr to 100mg/gcr.
