摘要
ＲＰ系列涂饰剂研制是根据二层革的组织学特点和性能，结合软革的要求，以提高中、顶层涂饰剂的强度为重点，强化顶层涂饰效果为目标，注意突出各涂层的性能特点．通过轻、薄涂饰全面改善二层革各项使用性能，从而提高二层革的使用价值。ＲＰ系列涂饰剂以改性丙烯酸树脂为底层涂饰剂，中层涂饰剂为聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂，顶层涂饰剂为聚氨酯涂饰剂。
RP Series finishing agents are designed, based on the histologycharacteristics of splits, combined with the requirements of softleathers,to improve physical resistances of splits through light and thinfinishings for the wide selection of splits, while most importance is,atthe same time, given to enhance the strength of intermediate and topcoats,purpose is also aimed at obtaining best top coating results,as wellas,great care is taken for the features of each coat. In application of RP Series finishing agents,modified acrylic resinsare used as base coats,polyurethane-modified acrylic resins as interme-diate coats,and polyurethane the top coats.
