紫外线辐射血液疗法对家兔局部脑梗塞缺血性病灶的影响

摘要 利用光化学反应制备的实验性家兔脑梗塞动物模型,用紫外线辐射血液输入疗法进行治疗,观察了局部脑梗塞家兔动物模型缺血性病灶面积的变化。结果表明,经紫外线辐射血液输入疗法治疗后的局部脑梗塞灶与对照组比较明显缩小(P<0.05);缺血性半影区正常神经元数量明显增多,胶质细胞显著增生,细胞质内仍有线粒体和内质网存在。说明该疗法能缩小缺血病灶,使病灶部分神经元恢复正常。提示该疗法对治疗缺血性脑血管病有重要价值。 An experimental rabbit model with regional infarction was established by means of photochemical response,to observe the changes of the size of the ischemic focus after ultraviolet irradiation therapy.The results showed that the area of the regional infarction had shrunk to a smaller size than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of neurons in ischemic focus increased and the neuroglial cells proliferated significantly.There still remained mitochondria and edoplasmic reticuli in the cytoplasm.The suggestion is that this therapy can reduce the area of cerebral infarction and restore the function of the neurons in the ischemic focus,Ultraviolet irradiation is therefore an important means for treating ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
